Nettle liquid feed

I made up some feed by soaking nettles in water for about six weeks. Tonight I fed our tomatoes, courgettes and squash. This stuff reeks!
It’s supposed to be excellent for plants and I hope it is as the smell really lingers and is very hard to get rid of if you unintentionally splash yourself with it!
After the storms of the weekend the weather has settled down again now and no more rain is forecast for the next 6 days with temperatures peaking around 30C.
Tasks for the week include weeding the veg and flower beds, strimming the grass and planting out the Purple Sprouting Broccoli.
